2. Features
The tuming table speed and gluing speed can be adjusted freely according to the filter cap sizes. And its gluing amount is evenly and correctly.
This machine equips the step motor control system, which is fast speed gluing and short return time.
The componunds tank has the function of heat mixing, and the machine has its circulation system, to prevent the material precipitation.
The pipes has self temp-limited heating, to ensure the gluing amount stably.
The gluing head has the anti-curing alarm functions, self –test alarm functions and maintenance and repair guidance system as well.
Monitor and PLC control system, which is easy operation.
